Foot Health


Perhaps the most important organs of our body is one of our feet;

The disturbance, even a tiny foot would poison our lives ...

Consisting of a tiny calluses on my feet, fingers or legs formed between the heirs formed a small rash, ingrown toenail, simple to understand the beauty of life, being healthy enough to understand what is a good thing.

Yet the foot health and foot care are generally small and simple measures can be continued.

Do not ignore foot pain. Contrary to popular belief, foot pain is not a normal thing. Pain takes a look dokora.

Follow the injury and the treatment of foot injuries, ice. Provide relief, reduces swelling and pain. Definitely do not use warm or hot water. Heat, swelling, increases blood flow to accelerate.
